Being a part time instructor my philosophy in teaching is - A responsible teacher doesn't only teach and deliver the subject matter to the students it is a matter of guiding the students to have personal, profound, and get practical philosophy that can be applied in the verities of life.

My professional interest is more on giving effective and effecient service in the world of academe and all important measures that result to a well and deserving compensation.
